Should we or should we not?

Hey everyone, 
I am 24 years old and currently 15 weeks pregnant with my first child 💚💚 and I am feeling pressured to find out the gender.😔
I am really on the fence about finding out the gender, on one hand if I find out I can prepare better but on the other hand then the next pressure question is to reveal the name and everyone has an opinion 🙄 even when it’s not wanted. 
My boyfriend is also unsure about finding out and he will support whatever decision I make. How did all of you decide if you wanted to find out before your baby was born or wait?

We are going to share gender but when people ask about names, just fib a little and say you "have no idea" "haven't decided" "have some ideas floating around". They'll hopefully take a hint. I feel the same way you do! But I NEED to find out gender 😂

We found out the gender but didn’t announce the name until he was born. We also didn’t want anyone’s comments about the name- not that it would have changed our mind, it’s just annoying. Haha

My sister waited until delivery with both her kids. The doctors and nurses said it was so fun and exciting because no one ever waits anymore. They liked being able to yell out "it's a boy"! And then in her case "it's a girl" for her second. Dont know how she managed to be so patient. But she said she would do it again.

I found out with my first two just because we were younger and wanted to be prepared but this time we agreed to not find out and I am so glad we are waiting 💕

You need to think about what you and your partner want and no one else whatever you decide to do is fine as it’s your pregnancy. Don’t let anyone pressure you into making any decisions 😊

We agreed not to find out and I am so glad! I do understand why people would want to know, but to be honest I do not feel unprepared at all. Finding gender neutral stuff has not been an issue. Lots of creams and grays. I can’t wait for my husband to tell me if it’s a boy or a girl in the delivery room. There are so few surprises in life ❤️

Do what you want. With my first I wanted to find out what he was, when we picked a name we told no one. They did not learn his name until he was born. With my second I want sure I wanted to know what he was I had the gender in an envelope for 7 weeks before deciding I wanted to know. He doesn't have a name yet, but when he does no one will know until he is born again. Just my husband and I, and maybe our toddler (I figure he would be the one to tell everyone...)

I’ve always found out the gender of my kids. It’s your decision whether to reveal gender and name or not! In the end, if you love the name, then that’s all that matters. It’s yalls child and no one else’s!
