Gatorade and breastfeeding
So weird question - can Gatorade negatively affect my milk? If I’m noticing a pattern... My almost 4 week old seems to be very gassy and fussy when I drink Gatorade. He’s so miserable that I’m lucky if I get 2 hours of sleep.
I honestly eat the same things everyday, and I’m 99% sure I’ve only noticed issues on the days I drink Gatorade.
Wasn’t sure if anyone else had something like this happen.
