Guys how do you shake the worry?
I’m 8w2d pregnant and I cannot shake the worrying feeling which I honestly take with me everywhere.
My symptoms keep coming and going, although slightly sore breasts stay with me 24/7 (increasing in tenderness by night time). My morning sickness was pretty constant from 5-7.5 weeks and since then has eased but still around and worse on some days. I just can’t stop worrying that something is wrong.
My first midwife appointment is in 5 days time and I’m sure I’ll get some reassurance from that but god you read so many sad stories online, which I know will not help this worry I have in the slightest.
I just want to see my little baby on that screen and hear their heartbeat and feel instant relief! 😩
Any tips on how to shake this feeling?
