Probably all of you have noticed how mean and cruel many of us can be. You can also see how hard it is for alot of woman just to give out a 100% positive compliment if they give one it usually a insult then topped with a compliment or the other way around.

The way we speak to others is how we were talk to so let's change it . With how nasty the world is becoming the one thing we have control over and can change is our mindset/energy we give out every day .

When you go out today and see someone wearing something you dont like instead of picking her clothes apart find one thing beautiful and comment on it . (Doesnt have to be outloud)

If you run into someone today with a very nasty attitude be polite. You dont know what they have going on in life or have gone through .

It takes a while to change the way you view things but it will happen 💜
