I have pcos and I’m supposed to be on birthday control to balance hormones, the only problem is that the birth control makes me really sick. It’s not just the first couple of days, it’s everyday. The nurse practitioner changed me to a different one and said it was supposed to help the pcos symptoms and wouldn’t make me sick because it was a different kind of progestin- this is not the case. This new pill has a stronger level of progestin every week and I get progressively more nauseous each week.

What has anyone done to help the nausea?
