Do I need to take another pill?

Last night I got pretty drunk and ended up throwing up. I take my pill at 9pm every night and my friend thinks I started throwing up around 11pm. Should I be okay? Or should I take the next one in my pack ASAP??

When I was on birth control pills, I got drunk one night and threw up about 6 times.
I had taken my pill just before dinner (around 5pm)
I ended up starting my period the next day, and my placebo week wasn’t for another 8 days.
Talked to my doctor and she said it is possible to throw up your pill before it has a chance to breakdown and start working. 
So I threw up so much that I canceled out the days pill and possibly the pill from the day before as well and forced my body to my period week early.
She said not to take another pill that day, to just let my body go through the period week and start taking the placebos and then start a fresh week after that.

Do I need to take another pill?
