Ladies, if you asked for an induction how did you go about it? Was it hard to get them to agree? Basically, I have 3 different doctors. A regular OBGYN, an Advanced Medicine high risk doctor, and my daughter's Pediatric Cardiologist, which is at the hospital I have to deliver at now (so she can go to the NICU.) I was just diagnosed Anemic and am starting Iron Transfusions next week, I also have Gestational Diabetes. I'm super tiny, 5 feet, literally the size of a 12 year old. My regular OBGYN and I talked about a possible induction to make sure she's not too big so I don't need a C-section. We also want to make sure her cardiologist will actually be at the hospital when we deliver! So all in all, an induction sounds like it would be best, but it's up to the doctors at the hospital I'm delivering at, not my OBGYN. There's a lady who is in the middle of the 3 doctors who I can go to for questions or if I'm overwhelmed/confused, so I think I'll ask her about it. How should I go about asking? I want to go for exactly 38 weeks. How did you ask for one? Sorry if this is all stupid! My mom said she really had to push for one for my 2 sisters, so I'm just looking for any tips!
