Painfull period with copper IUD

I have my IUD for half a year, my period became irregular and very painful and heavy. But never as painful as yesterday. I had horrible cramps, but no heavy discharge as always. I’d hardly need a pad, my flo was pink and light. I’m stressed.

The worst pain was down there right, at the same place I’d cystic on ovary last year. Can it be cystic? Or is it because my IUD had moved? I can’t touch strings, but I never was able to touch them, meybe because l’ve got short fingers :). Or am I pregnant? My bae never cum inside, je wanna be sure. I don’t fell like that and I’m not ready for kids and it stressed me so much...

Please tell mě your oppinion, I’m terrified.
