I had my mid cycle scan yesterday and I had one mature follicle at 18 mm and one that she thought might be mature in a couple days. She said to trigger tonight (Thursday) and <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> 36 hours later (Saturday am). I am supposed to trigger tonight (Thursday), but now I’m surging today according to opks. Should I trigger today and move my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> up to tomorrow (Friday instead of Saturday)?
