Low sperm count & IUI - when to BD

My husband has a low sperm count and this is our third IUI. We BD’d yesterday on CD 12 and I got my LH surge this morning on CD 13. I am waiting to hear back from our RE office to schedule our IUI for tomorrow morning. My question is, should we BD today too? I know with low sperm count you read that you should wait for optimal counts. But last month I feel like I ovulated on the same day as my LH surge and missed the window. I don’t want to miss it, but I also don’t want to decrease the sperm count for IUI. Any thoughts or opinions?? Thanks!
