So confused

I have had all symptoms of pregnancy/AF. Glow is a few days out with my regular cycle so tells me AF is due in 3 days. My other app tells me it’s due today.

I have done 2 pregnancy tests, one yesterday and one this morning, both have been negative. I put a pad in expecting AF to arrive and all day all I have got is this. (Please see pic)

I really don’t know what’s going on, can anyone shed any light on this?
