Is having no symptoms a bad thing?

I’m 6 (+2) weeks pregnant and I don’t have any symptoms of being pregnant at all. I’m really worried, would I know if something was wrong with the baby?

Very normal  With my first the only symptom I had was constipation and heartburn!

It’s probably totally fine!  With my first two I had zero symptoms.  They’re both currently healthy, crazy boys.  Good luck and congratulations!!

I am 6w2d and very worried. I dont have any symptoms at all not even sore breasts.
