Do you prefer to work out at home or at the gym?

Home because I don’t want people around me when I work out. Too much anxiety

Gym but when no one is there. I hate working out around other people but home workouts are no longer effective for me, I need heavy weights.

The gym because it gets me out of the house and it has more equipment and space.

I have a full amazing g set up at home with a cross trainer, rower, treadmill, squat rack, barbell, bumper plates, kettle bells, box, rope, everything. But I never push myself as much at home. I much prefer going in a doing CrossFit classes.

Gym because if I work out at home I literally will do a push up and be like ok now tv. At the gym I'm actually motivated and end up working out for a good 2-3 hours cause what's the point in driving and not doing anything.

Gym. Theres way too many distractions at home. Plus paying for a membership is motivation. Also they have more/better equipment.

My anxiety has gotten so bad to the point where I can’t go to the gym anymore. Thankful for at home workouts 💕

I use a home fitness subscription that has given me way better results than on my own at the gym. For me it’s so much easier to work out at home without the commute and without people using the machines/equipment you want.
