Hiatal hernia anyone??
I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia when I was about 19 years old. It’s never caused me many issues besides some discomfort at times. Fast forward 11 years and I’m in my 3rd trimester with my first child. My hiatal hernia is really starting to wreak havoc. I have a constant pressure like pain accompanied by nausea and really bad indigestion. Has anyone else experienced this and has any suggestions?? I could use some guidance 🙌🏼🤢
