Hello ladies, so I’m 14 weeks 3 days and I’m very slim (94lbs, I’ve lost weight due to being so sick). When lying flat on my back, if I put my hand on my lower tummy I can feel a hard bump sometimes it moves from that spot & I cant feel it anymore and then a few mins later if I touch my stomach I can feel it in another spot. Can gas/poop moving through the intestines feel THAT hard or could it be that baby? First time pregnant so I’m so confused. I can feel from the inside what feels like something moving through my body but very very very faintly and then when I put my hand there it’s a super hard bump. Any clue what it could be??? Help!!
