Never, and I didn’t get any on my belly. (Boobs are solid stretch mark though...)

You can’t prevent them but you can use oils to keep your skin hydrated and this might help with how much you get and how bad it gets. 
Best to drink a crap ton of water and use oils. Lotions don’t penetrate down to the level that stretch marks form. I only use lotions to ease the itching from getting stretch marks. But if you’re genetically prone to them then you will get them regardless unfortunately. But don’t take zero preventative measures.
