My baby woke up with his eye swollen from allergies...keep him inside?

He’s had this happen before and the ped said to give him Benadryl. My question is should I keep him inside for the day??

You need to get an allergy test done. It will help you figure out the best way to handle it. I have grass and tree allergies. So I'm not supposed to go outside when levels are high but I work outside 😂

If its one eye, it could be pink eye or he scratched it.  If he scratched it i would keep him inside since light might  cause sensitivity. Have u tried  cleaning it with chamomile  tea?

If it’s only one eye that’s swollen it’s most likely not allergies.

Do you know what his allergy is to? If you don’t identify that, you don’t know what’s causing the swollen eyes. If it’s just fall allergies then yes, keep him inside. But I’d also bring him Jon and get him double checked that it isn’t pink eye or something that needs an antibiotic.
