My Journey Continued
So I recently posted about going on this weight loss journey to not only better my health but also better myself! A lot of you have said to start lifting some weights to tone and help the sagging skin, but I prefer to work out at home, do you have any suggestions on workouts to do? YouTube channels? I have recently started walking the reservoir, that’s about 2 miles but I know walking as of right now won’t help anything much, but any input is helpful!
