Does a fanny pack count as a personal bag when traveling?

I’m taking a small suitcase as a carry on and my backpack as my personal bag but I want to have my fanny pack on for my wallet and phone and things for quick access and I’m not sure if it counts as a PB.

Just hook it across your backpack 😂 you can check the airlines website I typically just put my small purse in my backpack

backpack/purses will be considered carry ons, anything smaller then that doesn’t count I think! I’m paranoid so I always call still lol but you should be fine honestly!
