Dry flakey scalp won't heal!

Need advise bad.

Curly hair - dry and flaking scalp

Looking for anyone who can relate or has suggestions from someone who can relate.

I am multi-racial. Primarily black, Italian, Irish, and native American.

I have very unmanageable curls and I was reading about cowashing instead of shampooing but it says not to do it if you have scalp problems.

I have tried tgel, clarifying tea tree shampoo, mizani, olive oil, tea tree oil, coconut oil. Everything works once then never again.

I wear alot of black and I'm always covered in white flakes. Winter is coming and it's only going to get worse.

I will try anything. It's always so itchy and flakey. I am so desperate and embarrassed.
