6 weeks pregnant
I’m gym freak.. I worked out my whole pregnancy with my son but while I was prego with my son I didn’t work. While now I’m a full time Dental assistant. I normally work out for two hours at the gym. How much should I work out now? I don’t wanna hurt my baby by doing too much???
Also yesterday some girl at the gym told me I should go easy since I’m just 6 weeks prego and I shouldn’t lift weights. I think with my son I start working out at 10 weeks I honestly don’t remember. Is that true I shouldn’t lift no weights? Any advice is helpful!! Thank you!!!
