Early morning run?
I’m starting to do 4 mile walks/jog/run with baby. However daytime temp here is still low to mid 90s with a heat/humidity index in the 90%. By the time evening comes is cooler however it’s SUPER muggy and mosquitoes are EVERYWHERE. So I was thinking of doing early morning runs around 4/4:30 when my son wakes up and has eaten. I feel personally safe on the road I’d be going on but my question is do you think that’s to early? Or do you think it might be to dark to go for a run? My only concern is potentially getting hit by a car though I’d be on the sidewalk 🙈
