how often do u go shopping for groceries?

Sorry if this is in the wrong group. I'm just curious how often you go shopping for food? When I go shopping twice a month I get a bit more of everything because I know I wont be shopping the week after. But then some of the food also seems to get old before I have time to use it. (Mostly vegetables.) But when I got shopping once a week its seems like too soon to go shopping again. so I'm just wondering how often you all go shopping.

We go several times a week because we live in a tiny town less than a block from the store. We just walk to the store because it's so close and get a day or two worth of food

Once a week in the summer, in the winter I try and go less frequently because the roads don’t get plowed often and turn into packed snow with an ice sheet on top and I hate driving

We buy our meat in bulk from a meat market and freeze it once a month. And a trip to the store once a month for sides. But usually end up at the grocery store again before the month is over because we always forget something!

I go twice a month. We have a smallish fridge/freezer but we still try to bulk buy. We get huge frozen bags of broccoli bc that's what we eat the most, smaller bags of peas, green beans, mixed vegetables.
We get the huge family size meats and then portion into smaller bags. Most of what I get every two weeks is fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs and milks. 
We get almond milk so I buy two half gallons, large bags of carrots and grapes, 18 eggs.
We grow herbs, green onions and some vegetables so those are the things that go bad fastest
I only go back to the store in between if we have a party or I need a special ingredient.

I get a "big shop" through online grocery website then just get bits and bobs at the corner shop like milk, bread etc as and when.

I try to go once a week but usually only make it about every 10 days. I buy some fruit that needs to ripen and some frozen veggies, some fresh and use the fresh first. Meat gets frozen.
