Deep thrust pain???

So I have a lot of anxiety about sex. So me and my boyfriend rarely have it, but when we do, it really hurt. I get this deep pain in my lower abdomen. Last time I went to the doctor I was test for trich, and I belive Gonnorhhea but nothing came back. I’m on birth control that I have been for 2 years and it’s just now giving me spotting problems as well. Could this cause it? Is it from my anxiety? Help
