Sleep regressions, teething night wakings, etc...my kid is almost 1 and it’s suddenly worse then ever, despite sleep training, when do toddlers sleep thru the night for real???
I know people post all the time about sleep regressions and sleep training but 11 months isn’t typical right? And I seriously wanna know when I can expect to get 6-7 hours of sleep again regularly. I do all the night wakings and get up every morning with him because of my husband’s commute and job and I’m so tired I can’t stop crying some mornings. 😥
My 11 month old has been wailing at 5 am and will not go back to sleep and is even restless when rocked which usually knocks him right out for the last 4 nights. This is following several weeks of sleeping thru the night just fine after Leap 7. It’s so disappointing and so exhausting. He woke at 3 this morning screaming.
I got desperate and fed him a bottle around 4 am and finally got him down around 5, he hasn’t needed night feeds since he was around 3 months!
And it’s so weird too because he’s doing just fine settling for naps and they’re both nice and long every day!! WTH!?
I’m hoping it’s teething or a growth spurt or a developmental leap thing because this is so terribly disappointing after feeling like I’d really got it down! :(
