Limited sugar diet & dairy free
So my husband, in-laws, extended family and I are doing the September diet challenge to see how big of a difference it would make to our bodies, weight and lifestyles; if we cut back on certain foods and tried to include as much physical activity as we could.
As well as the below, I am also going to try going completely dairy free and limit my meals to just two a day with fruits and apple cider vinegar water in between meals.
I have PCOS and we decided to TTC this month, so it might help in the long run having everyone be on the same routine (I live with my in-laws).
Is anyone else doing this challenge?
P.s. I'm going to make sugar free healthy desserts instead as I have a sweet tooth.
