Feeling hopeful 😊😊

I took this test 2 days ago at 6am with FMU. As my urine was starting to settle, the wiggly lines with another thin half line automatically appeared. I assumed it was a negative since it had a wiggly weird line, But if you look closely you can see a line. Is it a postive ? Or a negative? ( I'm going to retest again in a few days too double check). I do have a few symptoms such as lower back pains, frequent urination, Indigestion/burping, itchy/tender breasts, mild cramping and feeling full

P.s. My period for the month of August only lasted 3 days ( normal period cycle length) but It seemed like spotting than anything. Only blood when I wiped, only had to change liner either from sitting or sleeping but nothing throughout the day.
