Trying to loss weight...

I’m always concerned about my weight and always feel bad about myself after i eat food. I’m a dancer and do a lot of running and workouts. i have dance 3 times a week. I struggle with weight in my thighs and i need tips on how to get rid of my thigh fat👍🏻 thanks! ALSO WHAT ARE SOME GOOD FULL BODY WORKOUTS FOR HOME!
