Round ligament pain?

I’ve had round ligament pain off and on for the past couple of weeks, and it’s always on either side of my pelvis. Yesterday and today I’ve started to get sharp pains in my vagina kind of near where my cervix is. I never had that with my last pregnancy. I’m 12 and a half weeks pregnant and my next doctors appt isn’t until Wednesday. Is this round ligament pain too? If not, is it normal or should I call my doctor? No bleeding or spotting.
