What is this on my ear??

Yesterday I noticed my ear lobe harding. I wear ear rings daily and I have not put in any new ear rings. So I have worn the same ones for a while. I do put in different ones though, and not just wear the same ones daily.....
So yesterday, it was hard and today I woke up to these bumps around my ear! Its just on front ear lobe. I cleaned with rubbing alcohol. Im also 21w preggo.

Looks kind of like eczema to me. Are the earrings surgical steel or do they have nickel in them? Id say its a reaction to the jewelry whatever it is

How long have your ears been pierced? If not fully healed (I usual say 6month-1year for that) it's possibly infected. Otherwise it looks like the bumps I get on my hands from eczema

Actually my ear piercings got infected when I was pregnant and that's what it looks like. My piercings were years old and fully healed. It cleared up after a while. You can use hydrogen peroxide. Cleared up another infected cut I got while pregnant.
