How do you do it?
How do you make time to eat right with a newborn? Not necessarily the baby itself, but after giving birth? Everything I've read and heard makes me think its gonna be hard just carrying the baby, so how will I be able to make healthy meals and start losing weight?
When I have my baby it'll be the end of October. Too cold for walks with a newborn. Honestly I feel overwhelmed but these are all things I'm worried about, and its best to figure it out now, right?
I'm just not sure how to eat right, exercise, and take care of my baby all at the same time.
Any advice? Words of wisdom?
