Don’t want to get fat but also not doing anything to prevent it.. 😩
Since high school I’ve always been 130lbs... the most I’ve weigh has been 138 then I would go to 133-135 but never higher then 138. Well... today I weigh 150!!! Ughhh I hate my love handles. I have NEVER had to watch what I ate. I could anything and everything. My metabolism was amazing!!! Until now... lol. Damn.. I’ve tried a few things but honestly never stuck to it or took it serious. But I think I’m ready now. Seriously! I’m engaged and want to feel beautiful on my wedding day. I want to wear my small shirts again. My fiancé says I’m perfect.. tells me I’m beautiful and not fat at all. However, it’s me.. that knows how much weight I’ve gained. This is my first time reading post on this topic so I’m excited to get idea and help on how to start a diet or perhaps healthier eating habits, exercises, etc.
