Passion fruit tea from Starbucks bad while pregnant?!?!?!

So after 2 or 3 weeks of drinking a trenta Passion fruit tea daily I am now reading that Passion fruit has hibiscus in it in that is very bad for you. I was completely unaware of this information and I thought it was safe to drink because it was caffeine free I am totally freaking out and the only thing I can do is wait until my doctor responds has anybody else drink this tea and turned out fine while pregnant?

I drank passion fruit lemonade my whole first trimester of my last pregnancy. My midwife says that it's so diluted it makes no difference. I wouldn't worry

I used to work at Starbucks.. just for future references, pretty much every single one of their drinks is caffeinated and refreshers are one of the most caffeinated whether it’s diluted or not😅

I don’t believe that passion fruit has hibiscus in it. I used to get the very berry hibiscus all the time before becoming pregnant. Maybe ask the barista if there is actually hibiscus in the drink and just avoid it until you find out. And you can have caffeine up to 200mg a day!

I loved that tea while I was pregnant, I’d get 1-2 ever week sometimes more. I had no idea it was bad for you. I cut out coffee years ago so I’d drink the tea to get a little energy from the sweetener. I have twins who are 3 weeks old and completely healthy. They had no issues at birth and I had an absolutely perfect pregnancy. Everybody around me including my doctor couldn’t believe I was never sick, no vomiting, nausea, extreme fatigue or any other pregnancy issues.

I’ve been drinking then for forever, I’ve had several since I’ve been pregnant. Haven’t had any complications thus far!
