We have one and we think it's worth it! As first-time parents, it has really gave my husband and I peace. However, if you think it's going to cause you anxiety then do not get it. It has not caused us any anxiety and I would recommend it!

My daughter had no medical issues but I was OBSESSED and terrified with the thought of SIDS occurring so I bought one. I used it a total of two times because all it did was have connectivity issues and give us false alarms. It made me panic more. Thank god I bought it used and the. Was able to sell it again so I only lost $25 on the whole deal 🙌🏻

We got one for our baby shower and I'm so grateful we did! My sister used it for my niece until she turned 1 and she said it was the best investment she ever made. It gave her peace of mind every night that she was okay and wasn't checking every 5 minuets to make sure she was still breathing lol one night that baby was very congested and it alerted them that her oxygen level had dropped below normal so they were able to know right away!

My son was a preemie and in the NICU. We thought about getting one, but the nurses said they wouldn't reccomend it because one, they can give false alarms (which may be a fixed issue now) and that two, they would never send a baby home if they were having any sort of issues. It freaked me out we would be going from 100% monitored to none, but she made me feel confident in that they wouldn't be sending him home if he wasn't ready. I do realize there are sometimes missed diagnoses or freak things that can happen, but for us the idea of false alarms and the anxiety of almost "waiting" for it to go off wasn't worth it
