First Molars from Hell!👿🔥

Omg - I noticed last week my LO had very puffy gums on her bottom row so I told my hubby to get prepared for her molars but good grief I still underestimated! 😩 Starting yesterday morning she has been just MISERABLE! She is normally a GREAT sleeper, down at 7:30 up at 6am like clockwork but she’s been waking up screaming in pain... she’s been jamming her fingers into her mouth, high temps, eyes have been crusty/mucus.. it’s like cold symptoms plus teeth pain. she’s normally high energy and doesn’t like to be held.. she’s been clinging to me and hubby nonstop..

We even took her to the doc yesterday thinking it was more cold related.. doc said we were doing everything fine.. ice cold water, teethers, and Tylenol/Motrin.. any other suggestions?
