Dairy free diet
Trying to go dairy free for a bit to see if it helps my daughters issue. Anyone else on dairy free diet? Tips?! I feel like I can’t eat ANYTHING! What CAN I eat??? Not that I have time to eat with three week old preemie twins 😑
