RETURNING CHLAMYDIA?!?

Okay so in July I was told I had chlamydia. I don’t know when exactly I contracted the disease & I didn’t even expect to get diagnosed with it because I had no symptoms at all. I simply went to the doctor for random anal pains & they wanted to run extra tests just cause & thank god they did. I told my sexual partner and we both got treated July 24th. I held off from sex just because I was disgusted with myself & started my period a week later so I was really unable to have sex. But that next week August 6 me & my partner slipped up & had sex . After treatment Instantly my symptom ( butt pain ) went away but 4 weeks later I feel the same butt pain . Is it possible that I contradicted the disease again even after waiting 2 weeks? I’ve only had sex with the same person who was treated same time as me . I go to the doctor Saturday .. I just kind of want a peace of mind . Please help
