Tattoos on scars&stretch marks
Has anyone gotten tattooed on scars and or stretch marks? I want to get a tattoo to cover my self harm scars on my upper thigh and I also have stretch marks there. Does it hurt more to tattoo scars and streaks marks or is it the same? Sorry is this is a stupid question.
