While I was pregnant I found out my fiancé cheated and got another woman pregnant who was due 4 months before me. Once he did a paternity test and found out it was his he put himself on child support. Now that my baby is here and we are no longer together (but currently still live together until January when our lease is up) I want to file for child support. How do the payments work? Will both kids split what the first one was getting or does the first child get more? Or is everything reconfigured once I file? Thanks in advance! Edit: I’m in Texas
