Help! Does this look like twins?

I've had three ultrasounds and my doctor hasn't said anything about twins, but I sear there are two sacs and babies in this ultrasound. Any input would be helpful

Doctors office called and said it's not twins but didn't tell what it could be. Didn't even have me come in for a second look.

Yea, see, I just looked at photos of various twin scans and that line and sac definition clearly looks like a twin sac.

I would ask. I do see what you are talking about though. I don’t know what twins look like via ultrasound but I could see it here.
