Eating disorder?
I don’t know if I have an eating disorder or not. I’m 19, and I don’t eat breakfast I usually skip lunch or if I do eat something it’s an apple or something small. I then eat veggies or a salad or again something really small for dinner. It varies day to day but for the most part I’m not hungry. I’ve never really loved my body but I guess that’s pretty normal. Any ideas? I don’t want to scare my family by brining it up if it’s all in my head
