As long as everything is cooked thoroughly then you’re fine! I would recommend finding a reputable place and maybe one that doesn’t use msg, because msg can mess with your stomach, especially when you’re pregnant!

The only thing I avoided with Chinese food was bean sprouts until I found out you can eat them cooked. Should be okay!
