The test can be done between 11-13 weeks through my office. But they should be able to tell you at your anatomy scan an answer. If there are signs of a typical Down syndrome fetus- they will most likely do a blood panel then to confirm.

My doctor did mine at 15 weeks

Around 10 weeks. Then at my anatomy scan they were able to check for features via ultrasound.
My doctor advised against the testing unless 1) someone in my family has it or 2) I plan on aborting if my baby has it.

The blood test is around 10-12 weeks along and it’ll tell you the results of “more than likely” or “less likely” but they have invasive ones which is amniocentesis or what they call a CVS where they test the fluid around the baby and that will give you a definite answer of “yes” or “no”

There's a 10 weeks blood test that is 99% accurate. There's also the nuchal translucency ultrasound around 15 weeks and amniocentesis later in pregnancy  (but that one is invasive)
