Pregnancy tissue

Have anybody ever had Hcg levels drop drastically my levels went from 12321 to 10981 in 5 days ... I did some spotting for 30 seconds and passed a little tissue I guess is what you call it and nothing else . I’m going to see my ob in a couple days . Anyone experience this and was fine or what happened?
