What’s your freezer process?

Question

My son will be 4 weeks old on Sunday and we chose to EP after it worked well with our first son. I currently have 60 6-ounce bags of breast milk in the freezer and it slowly increases each day.
Wondering what others do for freezer storage as I’m quickly running out of space. Also, how do you log and track your freezer supply?

I place it into gallon ziplock bags. Make a brick and stack them. Like the picture below.

To track how much I have in the freezer, I use a phone app. If you have an iPhone, use Pump Log. If you have android, use Baby Log. I use Pump Log and it's amazing. I record my pump session and click on "stash" and it adds the amount I pumped to the amount I already have stashed. I love it. And it will tell you how much longer you need to pump to have enough breastmilk for your baby for up to a year or another age you want to feed them breastmilk. It's just a rough estimate, but it's pretty cool! Definitely start keeping track now. I started later and had so much stored and had to go back and add it all up.

UPDATE: I began bagging the 6-ounce bags and moving them to my garage freezer. So far, I have 10 big bags and still going strong. Inside the house, I have a system where I keep between 3-12 of the 6-ounce bags available for thawing and freeze the newly pumped milk.

I also put mine in ziplock bags after they are frozen and label it. 
We had to buy a deep freezer for my milk but we’ll use it after all the milk is gone so at least it wasn’t a waste of money for us.
