I have PCOS, and I’m living a ketogenic lifestyle. I haven’t had a period since August 2017, and I’m experiencing super painful feelings in my left ovary. I always attributed this pain to an ovarian cyst, but the more I read and research, it could be painful ovulation. With pcos, ovulation can be spontaneous. Does anyone have any similar experiences or helpful insight ? This pain hasn’t gone away, and it’s been around 24 hours. It almost feels like if you were holding your bladder all night, but times a thousand. I can’t even touch my abdomen. Help!!
