I am a type 2 diabetic and I take metformin. I am 6weeks 4 days and today I and yesterday my nausea has hit me. NO food sounds good. I am not hungry... I had an extreme low which ess 54. I had some regular juice and a little candy which did bring it back up to 99. But left me super lightheaded and shakey... any advice on keep my sugars level even when I'm not hungry and feeling super nauseated during pregnancy ?
