35w twins

So I have been getting cramping, back pressure along with back cramping, diarrhea and nausea. Do you think labor is near. I haven’t had a bloody show or anything I just feel like things are happening. I have been having back pressure since last night and it’s kind of stayed the same but it’s kind of increased a tad. I don’t want to go into labor and delivery and waste there time. This is my third pregnancy and the back pressure is exactly how I knew I was labor with my second. But I don’t know if I am being paranoid. I also keep getting this sharp shocking pain in my crotch. I am so exhausted and done. I have been up since 2:30am because of how uncomfortable I am
