Can you eat salami while pregnant?

I eat everything lol. So much has changed in the 10 years since I had my last child 😳 I can’t believe how many things they tell you you “can’t do or eat” now. Feed that baby whatever your heart desires lol

Only if you heat it first. Processed deli meats can give your baby listeriosis poisoning. It’s rare but it happens. I nuked it in the microwave once when I was pregnant because I was craving it. Lol.

Yes as long as you heat it to steaming.

I was told you can eat any kind of lunch meat AS long as you heat it through all the way. Cold meat carries a high risk of listeria and can transfer to the baby.
