Gestational diabetes

I'm not sure what group to post this in but I'm not sure what to expect with the results I just received. I failed my 1 hour glucose test last Friday and did my 3 hour glucose test on Thursday. My results are as follows:

Hour 1: 196 max of 170.

Hour 2: 145 max of 139.

Hour 3: 150 max of 99.

Let me state that these "max" numbers are specifically for my OB/GYN office. It says that if you fail at least 2 then you're diagnosed with GD and with it being the weekend, I won't hear from my OB until Monday morning sometime. I'm nervous to be put on medicine and possibly insulin. I've never experienced having this before, i was borderline with my last pregnancy but this one is pretty bad.

I did fast like I was supposed to and everything. I'm just looking for some insight on what others have/had to do after being diagnosed.
